If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via phone or WhatsApp.

6. COD Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is accurate and that you are available to receive the confirmation call or message. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

7. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, and contact number. Andaaz is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 working days, though actual delivery may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Returns & Exchanges
