I'm not sure what it's made out of some kind of solid resin material and there's a little piece of red cloth that you pull on and it slides out each of the packs of matches which come with it what a nice conversation piece it probably was made a long time ago for smoking room and it would sit on the middle of the table or coffee table so that someone could grab a match and like this cigar really cool piece
