Vintage Handmade? Blue Hobby Horse Appliqué Hanging Diaper Holder Baby Nursery.
In vintage/used condition. Apparently, the nursery was painted YELLOW because there is yellow paint on the side of the bag. (See Photo) I will not be including the cardboard (it is bent anyway) or the hanger that you can easily replace (it wasn't original anyway) in order to save you on shipping!
