VINTAGE BUFFALO CHINA FLORAL DECORATED PLATE, YE OLDE IVORY? TEST PATTERN?

This sale is for a vintage plate made by Buffalo China. There is no pattern name but I have seen similar things called Ye Olde Ivory. The plate is a heavier, restaurant ware type, rather than fine china. It has a floral pattern. It measures a bit less than 9 1/4 inches in diameter. There is a hand written number on back suggesting this plate was some sort of test or proof piece. The plate has no chips or cracks, but there are use marks.
