Vintage 1974 Sun Valley Ken Doll #7809 with ski top, bottom & boots, very good condition!
I am the original owner, and these items have been stored in my non-smoking home. Please view all photos carefully for best description, and feel free to message me if you have any questions or want additional pictures.
Included with this purchase are the following:
1) Sun Valley Ken Doll #7809, holes in feet, suntan skin tone, painted molded blonde hair, bendable legs & blue eyes
2) partial original #7809 outfit (top, bottom & boots)
Doll's buttocks say, "1968 Mattel Inc. US & For. Pat'd. Other Pats Pending Taiwan". Doll's neck says, "1968 Mattel Inc.".
I am not an expert, but the only flaw I see on the Ken doll is one darker spot on his blonde molded hair (it looks like the paint may have rubbed off there) - see photo of head.
The red ski top is in mint condition (with original working snap) except for one very small slightly dark spot on top of right sleeve...see photo. The purple ski pants are in mint condition and look like they were never used. No holes, rips or tears in the ski top or pants. The red ski boots have faded slightly to a more dark orange tint but are in very good condition. The doll & all clothing items are very clean for their vintage age.
