This is one piece of a large collection of Barbie dolls, Ken dolls, clothing and accessories we will be offering from a private collection.  Please see our other items for additional hard-to-find Barbie Collectibles.
Today we are happy to offer for sale a great looking first edition (Barbie) 1971 Sunset Malibu Ken Doll, #1088.
Ken is marked on his bottom "c. 1968 Mattel Inc. U.S. & For. Pat'd. other Pats/pending, Hong Kong."  Included with this doll are a few extra outfits which may or may not be Mattel items. Outfits consists of:
Doll is wearing a black, white & green knit, double breasted, v neck jacket w/buttons, hounds tooth pants (a known Ken piece), and a yellow polyester knit long sleeve shirt, white tennis shoes, all in very good condition
1976 Best Buy Fashions, #9127: Blue wide legged jeans with red stitching, very good
2 piece brown double knit suit, double breasted jacket with v neck & buttons, matching elastic waist slacks
Green & white striped seer sucker slacks, probably a Ken piece, very good
Tan double knit shorts w/elastic waist, very good
Black vinyl motorcycle jacket w/zipper, probably a Ken piece, very good
Brown checked cotton jacket, an early original Ken piece, 1962, very good
Black cordoroy jacket, very good
