Treated Chemkote Buffs are pre-polish buffs are more aggressive and remove scratches faster, the yellow treated buffs are to be used prior to final polish with Finex Muslin - White Buffs.
Buff is made with muslin and chemically treated adding durability and strength to the cutting ability of the Muslin Cloth.  Buff can be used with cutting compounds for removing scratches quickly and evenly. Buff surface edge is combed resists separation and accepts compound charge immediately.
