1)  All lines of text will be centered on the name tag.
2)  Line 1 (L1) will be larger than Line 2 (L2) as shown in the sample tag above.
3)  We will use Times Roman, or Helvetica font.

with your descriptions, punctuation marks, capital lettering, etc.
We will copy and paste all information EXACTLY as you submit it.
Single line descriptions can lead to multiple interpretations and can get engraved wrong. Please be very CLEAR on your descriptions.
Anything you write after "L1:","L2:" will be copied exactly as written, including any quotation marks, numbers, symbols, etc.
We will copy and engrave your tag exactly as you write it.  If you do not want something to be engraved, do not write it.
PROBLEMS?
1) If you do not receive your name tag in short amount of time, please notify us directly.
Most likely we did not receive any information from you and are waiting for you to let us know what you want.
2) Please DO NOT OPEN UP ANY DISPUTES.
Opening disputes is a waste of time, when we can resolve any issues quicker with direct contact.
Return Policy:
Any error made by us will be corrected and sent back to you at our expense.  Any error made by the buyer can be rectified by us, but will result in another charge for the revised product.
If you are not clear with your descriptions (clearly indicating L1: xxx, L2: yyy, etc.) and simply give us a one or two line message, any error due to misinterpretation will be the buyer's fault and will result in another charge for the revised product.
We will not be held responsible for items not delivered by the post office on time or at all.  REMEMBER WE CAN ONLY MAKE AND SEND SO MAKE IT EASY FOR US. There are NO REFUNDS for tags ordered and "not liked" for whatever reason.
We can redo the order to meet your liking, but by ordering name tags from this Ebay ad, you are agreeing to abide to this return policy.
