Angle Adjustment
- The two wheels mounted onto the right fence were designed to bring the clamp angle to match with the miter cuts. Using this feature helps eliminate any gaps thus getting a strong joint.
Quick Release
- (at the back of the clamp), was designed for a quick change of the clamp's opening to allow for the frame to fit in.
Clamp Handle
- turned clockwise, will create clamping pressure as necessary for a strong joint. (up to 1000 lb/sq in)
Spring Jaws
- (front of the clamp) delivers a powerful action "push and tighten" to help create a strong bond and a tight joint.
Instructions, How to use
V8-QRA
Draw the handle backwards and place the moulding to fit into the clamp opening.
Adjust the clamp angle to close any gap (if need).
Coat both miter cuts with glue and align.
Turn the handle clockwise until you achieve some clamping pressure, as necessary.
Wipe off the excess glue.
Allow 15-25 minutes for drying, before removing the clamps.
Done.
