Levy's High Grade Ray Goodman Bros Memphis Tenn Jug

Description

This is a hard to find Memphis jug. I think there are two versions of this jug. It measures 8 inches tall to top of stopper. It is a quart size. The handle has been broken off and glued back on. You can see some filler where the handle attached to the body of jug. The stopper looks like it has a bit of filler on what was a chip. It is a pottery stopper made for inside screw threads. I bought it several years ago at our Memphis bottle show.
The guy I bought it from never mentioned the repairs. I normally look close at glass and pottery but it was
a rushed last minute buy as the show was closing. Overall it displays great and is a nice looking jug.
