ITEM DESCRIPTION:
White Raven is pleased to offer (and will consider reasonable offers for) this beautiful vintage John Grinsell & Sons, Birmingham, England ribbed Crystal Ball with Sterling Silver top Match Striker and Holder, I believe from 1937.  This piece is Hallmarked on the Sterling Silver Rim, "J. G & S", a Lion, an Anchor and a capital "N".  It stands approximately 3" tall with an 11" circumference.  The Crystal is free of any chips or cracks but wear is noted on the polished base and the Silver does have a couple of minor dings.  I have not cleaned this piece and, otherwise, it's in very good vintage condition.  Please view photos for measurements and a complete description, and email should you have questions.  This lovely match striker will be shipped fully insured and may require signature conformation.  Depending on how quickly you want it, you choose USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Select at check-out.
