cox thimble drome champion tether car w arden motor conversion?

this auction is for a  thimble drome tether car with motor, iam thinking this is a conversion kit in the car?  iam not sure.  the engine spins free but is gummy.  the black bottom paint is a horrible. someone tried painting it and failed! the paint is sticky feeling. also one screw to hold it together is missing otherwise its complete.
these will be shipped fedex ground or usps which ever is the cheapest!
