Vintage, 1973, Cox, #12, AMC MATADOR STOCKER- Run- On Action Van Chassis, Tires & Wheels- Clean- Complete: (#3: This number is for inventory purposes,... nothing more)
Vehicle is very clean for being 50-years old, and being run.
Vehicle has a special "Stance", as the body is sitting on an Action Van Chassis.
The body actually sits on the rear tires.
Original paper decals were removed, and replaced with excellent reproductions.

The #12 vinyl stickers are original, and show age from heating. Some are "pulling up".
The hood has some scrapes,...with a poor attempt to cover them up.
Not all parts will "pull off" the body. (For those who purchase these cars for parts)
The front bumper, rear bumper, and all lenses are glued on. You will not be able to remove them, without damage to the body, bumpers, or lenses. (I didn't do that, by the way).
Missing one of the roof scoops/ air intakes.
Motor is original, and turns over with the proper "pop". I hear no "aspiration". I have oiled this engine, multiple times, I
believe
it needs an "over-haul". It may need more attention than I ever gave it.
Has a new, Fuel tank.
No Fuel Line.
The spring on the Worm Gear is rusted. I placed some oil on the rusted spring, to assist in proper movement; however, you may want to replace it,.... if you can find a Worm Gear.
Side pipes are original; however, sprayed with silver paint.
Chassis
is an original, run, Action Van Chassis, with scrapes to the bottom.
Has the appropriate, Action Van drive line & steering components.
Tires, and wheels, are "Action Van", original. Tires have flat spots and wear; however, are better than most.
All parts on chassis can be removed, if need be.
Vehicle has been on my display shelf for years.
A quality presentation of the car for the money. NO FUEL GUNK!!!
