    A cotton flannel buff, extra-soft 100% Cotton flannel wheel for various operation in polishing metals.  It is primarily used with cutting compounds like Tripoli can also be used with other polishing compounds like jewelers rouge.  Buff has a Pin Hole Shellac center, must be used with a tapered spindle should be combed with buff rake before use in final polishing.
    This 8" Buff is a 30 Ply Buff, which is approximately 1" face Width will work with motors or buffers with 5/8" arbors.
