    Description

    This sale is for for 2 vintage wood match holders/safes in good vintage condition.  The first older white one measures almost 7" high and looks as if it might be handmade.  It's painted white with a decal of a Dutch boy & girl.  It has an old blue scratch strip mounted with nails to light your matches.  The other is a "Redbird Line" piece, made in Japan, with a rooster weathervane painted on the front.  A patch of paint or a scrape on the front above the rooster, see photo.  This one measures approx. 7.25" tall.  Two nice, old kitchen collectibles.
