    Personal Health Product Development’s pHresh strips® are the most convenient and accurate way to test your pH.
    Just as you test the pH in a pool, fish tank or soil, now you can do it for your body, easily and effectively. By determining and analyzing your pH you can see if your body is acidic and it may provide an insight to your susceptibility to sickness and diseases.
    pHresh strips® are comprised of a two color test system which is more effective than litmus paper.
    Compare your results to the pHresh strips® pH chart.  A reading of 6.5 pH – 7.25 pH is balanced, 6.5 pH – 6.0 pH is acidic, and 5.75 pH and lower is very acidic.  Test 2-3 times per day on a daily basis for a week or more to get an average reading.
    Directions
    To Test Saliva Wait 2 hours before or after eating, place saliva into a spoon, and dip the pHresh strips® into it. Wait 15 second, then compare your results to their pHresh strips® pH carts.
    To Test Urine: Briefly place the pHresh strips® in the urine stream and shake off excess fluid. Wait 15 seconds ,then compare your results to their pHresh strips® pH chart. Urine is slightly more acidic than saliva, therefore subtract 0.25 from your chart number to get your final result. Test the first and second urine of the day to record the average reading.
    Replace cap immediately and tightly after use. Do not touch the test areas. For In-vitro diagnostic use only.
