1958 Gilbert American Flyer Train Set 20425 "Keystone" EXCELLENT
Up for auction is the Gilbert American Flyer Train Set No. 20425 "Keystone.”  Set is in Repro Box and complete.  Includes the 21004 B6 Switcher with no breaks or cracks.  This locomotive was prone to cracking around the boiler due to the boiler front being pulled out to replace the light bulb. No breaks or cracks on any of the delicate details.  Also includes the 25045 Rocket Launcher, with new repro rocket, 24549 Erie Floodlight Car, and the yellow 24626 Caboose and Transformer. Also include 12 sections of curved track and 4 sections of straight track. Plus the track terminal. Cars are also in excellent condition with no defects.  Set box is a repro with great color.  The inner tray was scuffed by the track and exhibits some rub marks from the other pieces.  The inner tray, although complete, is the weakest aspect of the set.  Includes the cardboard tabs that hold the cars in place.
Engine, track, transformer, etc. will be packed with padding in the repro set box. That box will be packed in a larger box full of popcorn type padding,
