1950's McCoy Tether Car Vintage Race

Description

You are considering a 1950's McCoy tether racer.  It will need the following to be complete:
1)  Tether arm.  Easily made from sheet metal or may be available as "parts" from eBay.
2)  Rear skid.  Again easily made or purchased as above.
3)  Glow plug.  Currently has a spark plug.  Glow plugs easily available here on eBay.
4)  Needs a fuel tank gasket.  Cut your own.  Easily done.  Remove tank for template.
Condition:
Body complete.  Good grill (often found broken).  There is a hole patch on right side of upper half.
See Pictures.  Someone had the needle valve reversed and is now patched and perfectly smooth.  Will not show when painted.
Motor compression is good and "snappy".
Wheels are used with some wear.  Definately still useable.
Gears have typical backlash - little apparent wear.
