Nice Looking Problem Free Coin, Has some doubling in the 5 of the date.
Nice Even Dark Brown Color, Nice Eye Appeal. Full LIBERTY, Bold Date & Rims. Nice Reverse Details show. Has some dirt in the details mostly on the reverse. Low Mintage of 398,000.
Many old copper coins have so much porosity that the coin looks terrible. The surfaces are very nice on this coin, and early copper coins with nice surfaces are much harder to find. This makes this coin above average. Please bid with confidence because I stand behind what I sell.
If you see a shine on the coin, this is from reflections from the camera light. I have to let the light shine on the coin as much as possible to show the details. This makes the coin look shined up in that area, or sometimes it looks shined up all over.
